Returns & Exchanges Policy
Welcome to Botanical Garden. We want you and your plants to be completely happy
with our products. We understand that finding the perfect planter for your home is
important, and we are here to ensure your experience is seamless.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Change of Mind: If you decide a planter isn't the right fit for your space, you may
return it for a refund or store credit. Please note that for change-of-mind returns,
the Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Condition: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition. Please pack items
securely, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your pottery, but we understand that
accidents can happen during transit.
- If your planter arrives damaged or cracked, please contact us within 24 hours
of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged
item and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at botanicalgarden154@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our Location facility, we will notify you
of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
