Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location in Pakistan. We offer flat-rate shipping for local deliveries within Lahore and standard courier rates for nationwide shipping. 

Delivery Timeframes
Local (Lahore): 2–4 business days.
National (Across Pakistan): 5–8 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Botanical Garden is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
