Best Time to Grow in Pakistan

Dhaniya grows best during cool and mild weather.

Punjab & Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: September–November and February–March
Sindh & Balochistan: October–December and January–February

In most parts of Pakistan, September to November is considered one of the best times to sow Dhaniya seeds.

Planting Instructions

Sow seeds approximately 0.5–1 cm deep in fertile, well-drained soil.

For better germination, gently crush or split the coriander seeds before sowing without damaging the seeds inside.

Keep the soil consistently moist but avoid overwatering or waterlogging.

Seeds usually germinate within 7–14 days under suitable temperatures and moisture conditions.

Thin seedlings if necessary to give the plants enough space to grow.

Provide 4–6 hours of sunlight daily for healthy growth.

Water regularly, especially when the soil starts to dry.

For continuous fresh coriander, sow a small batch of seeds every few weeks during the suitable growing season.

Harvest fresh coriander leaves once the plants are well established.
