Best Time to Grow in Pakistan

Dianthus grows best in cool to mild weather and performs well when temperatures are comfortable.

Punjab & Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: September–November and February–March
Sindh & Balochistan: October–December and January–February

🌱 In most parts of Pakistan, September to November is a suitable time to sow Dianthus seeds for healthy growth and beautiful flowering during the cooler season.

Planting Instructions

🌱 Sow seeds 0.2–0.5 cm deep in fertile, well-drained soil.
💧 Keep the soil consistently moist but avoid overwatering.
🌱 Seeds generally germinate within 7–14 days under suitable conditions.
☀️ Provide 4–6 hours of sunlight daily, preferably with some protection from intense afternoon heat.
🌿 If started in seed trays, transplant seedlings carefully once they have developed several true leaves.
💧 Water regularly and allow excess water to drain properly.
🌼 Feed with a balanced flower fertilizer during the growing season for healthy growth and better flowering.
✂️ Remove faded flowers regularly to encourage more blooms.
