- October–December
- January–February
In most parts of Pakistan, September to November is considered one of the best times to sow palak seeds.
Planting Instructions
Sow seeds approximately 1–1.5 cm deep in fertile, well-drained soil.
Keep the soil consistently moist but avoid overwatering or waterlogging.
Seeds usually germinate within 5–14 days under suitable temperature and moisture conditions.
Once seedlings emerge, thin them if necessary to provide enough space for healthy leaf growth.
Provide 4–6 hours of sunlight daily. In warmer areas, some afternoon shade can help protect young plants.
Water regularly to keep the soil moist, especially during dry weather.
Harvest the outer leaves once they are large enough, allowing the plant to continue producing new leaves.
